Thank you for sharing your beautiful scarves! I must make the first and the third ones. They are gorgeous, they'd be perfect for christmas / birthday presents
ReplyDeletemodels are very beautiful scarf, thank you.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to make the lacey scarf. It's really beautiful.
ReplyDeletelove the patterns! did anyone else have problems with the lost in transit scarf pattern? the number of stitches it says to cast on doesn't work with the pattern...i could just be goofing up though...
ReplyDeleteHi there!
Deletequite a few people including my test knitters have made this scarf and they haven't had any issues with the stitch count.
Hi - I am also having probles with the lost in transit scarf pattern. It says to cast on 44 stitches. When the pattern starts, you are supposed to start each row and end each row with 4 stiches and doing the pattern between, however, when I get to the end of the row, there is only 1 stitch left, not 4. I am not losing or gaining any stiches - it is staying at a consistent 44, but the rows don't match up.
DeleteThank you! I'm thinking it's okay to print out the pattern so that I can attempt to knit it? It says not to make copies, which is understood but how can a person knit in front of the computer?
ReplyDeleteSure! Print it out and knit from it..
DeleteI wanted to try the Lost in Transit Scarf (I'm a relative beginner, and this pattern is written in such a way that even I can understand it!). But I'm also having a problem with the stitches.
ReplyDeleteR1 is: K4 K10 K2tog YO K10 K2tog YO K10 K2tog YO K4
That adds up to 47 stitches, not the 44 of the cast on. I thought maybe the first K4 shouldn't be counted as maybe it was part of the first K10, but that would leave me with only 43 stitches.
What am I doing wrong?
