Egyptian coil necklace

If I look back at the past 2.5 yrs to recollect the projects I made, the one that stands out the best is this Egyptian coil necklace I was commissioned to make for my cousin. She found a similar necklace online and sent me an image of it to recreate. It was a good challenge to plan and execute the design. Its not a complex design..but, the final outcome is one that is elegant and sophisticated.

I dont remember the wire gauge details..2.5 yrs is a long time to remember the deets, I guess. Sorry! I used brass wires and glass beads to make this piece. Here is an in-progress pic of the coils in the making. Don't the coils look pretty in a group?

I was on a spiral kick during that phase.. and,made a few other pieces using spirals. Here are a few to share. The first one was claimed by my dear SIL. The next two are mine.

Its been a while since I picked up the wires and pliers. Someday soon I will get back to the bling.
